Acuity Scheduling has a user-friendly user interface and its scheduling features are easy to use for everyone which has made it easy for us to use it to plan for our team and customer meetings. Acuity Scheduling is very flexible to customize and it supports integration with almost any online meeting product, which makes it possible for us to schedule meetings regardless of the online meeting product we want to use. Acuity Scheduling has outstanding notification features that make it easy to share meeting schedules, any changes made to the schedules and also reminders when the time scheduled for meetings is close.
The ability to easily add a scheduler to my website, and block-off times when I was not available was crucial and it helped do just that. One aspect I really enjoyed was the email confirmation receipt, it helped confirm with the lead that an appointment had been booked and would allow them to add it to their schedule.
Ease of use and automation. It integrates smoothly with calendars, sends automated reminders and allows clients to book appointments online without manual intervention.
We have had much luck working with Acuity Scheduling as we have never stumbled across any issues or challenges. Our experience has been very smooth.
Having it integrated into my email CRM would be helpful for future email campaigns would be a next level feature that I would love implemented.
Complex reporting and multi-location management. Some integrations require extra setup and handling recurring appointments can be tricky at times.
