The training can be deliver in a mixed hybrid form with more focus on the instructor led training session.
Flexibility is on the lower side
User account management is manual and needs to be performed separately for the LMS and the phishing tool. (We have a project to integrate Okta user lifecycle management with Litmos to automate account management). MediaPro has to make all content changes. The time for language translation services is unpredictable.
