This is a fairly new product implemented in our environment. The goal of the product is to stop 'accidental exfiltration' of data as well as intentional exfiltration. I believe it incorporates behavioral AI and relationship-linking techniques via Nexus. So it's not just looking at static-rule based workflows, which is the next step up.

I like the fast anomaly detection -AI makes it possible. It supports real-time user coaching to enhance email security. Swiftly encrypts email data and blocks malicious emails and other threats.
as of now, its a learning curve for us since the advanced options are still new. Perhaps more end-user documentation would be nice on how we can get services customized and tailored to meet our needs.
No Sand Boxing in the Attachment. Missing a lot of emails. poor analysis methods
With Adaptive Email DLP, no complaints. It is awesome.
