Very easy and efficient add-on to install to help further enhance online retail business
We are using Magento in our online portion of retail business to ensure management of orders and stay organized. It is a really efficient add-on to help with making adjustments to orders and customize items pictures etc. It allows you to instantly remove items from order organize them accordingly and it will automatically adjust the prices tax etc. It gives you full details on partial or completed orders, you are able to see the customers information as well as updates to their information that can be given to them. Magento helps with keeping customers happy with accurate shipping times and dates so you are able to push older shipments which have been overdue and inquire about them. The only takeaway would be that its an add-on rather then included with magento, it is a cost that could be avoided.
