The application is flexible around data ingestion; both batch and streaming data sources can be ingested natively. The audience creation process is made simple by the Segment Builder feature, making it possible for customer audiences to be created by non-technical users. The audiences created through the real-time CDP can also be easily leveraged in Adobe Journey Optimizer, creating a compelling stack for activating customer data in both owned and non-owned marketing channels.

Integration into the broader Adobe tech stack. Data in CDP can be used to segment groups of customers for AJO (comms), Target (A/B tests), Magento (ecommerce), AEM (front-end), and I believe within CJA.
Zero-copy integration with existing data lakes/warehouses has lagged. This feature exists, through Federated Audience Composition, but it's not as flexible as the features offered by pure-play composable CDP vendors. Querying and reviewing data once ingested is somewhat limited by the distinction between the free query service and the more advanced Data Distiller feature, which requires an additional license. Support for external integrations can sometimes be limited depending on the destination.
Lack of multiple DSPs connection, match rate of export audiences are not upto standard
Depending on your UX and user flows, CDP can require significant customization and work to implement. For example, if you allow multiple users to share the same account but each needs to have their own CDP Profile, you run into common situations that can cause Profile Collapse which can remove large numbers of your individuals from CDP.
