I have found that RC has achieved a blending of services that others have yet to execute. Having a single platform that allows GRC, Risk Register, Dark Web Monitoring, Vendor Management and Attack Surface Scanning in one is a game changer.

Protecht.ERM is a highly configurable and flexible platform supported by an outstanding team. The vendor's responsiveness and expertise have been exceptional throughout our engagement. Their approach to incorporating AI capabilities is thoughtful and shows strong potential for future enhancements. Overall, the platform has met our enterprise risk management needs effectively.

Logicgate Risk Cloud is a good, comprehensive GRC tool. However, its BIGGEST downfall is their lack of AI adoption. They have a product called Spark AI, but it is in its infancy and doesn't compare to other GRC tools being offered today. For example, in their IT Controls Audit application, it does not have the ability to use AI to check the uploaded evidence, review it for gaps, or recommend corrective action plans.

The system offers good functional breadth. It is very adaptable. Since it is so adaptable it can be time consuming to implement

App is a good start, but is still clunky in some parts: - Evidence saved to the control doesn't automatically carry over to lightning assessments. - When tagged in a comment, no alert is sent to email. - Lacks tagging system to clearly let assessor know when evidence has been uploaded and pending review.
