Honestly, it was the first time I used a platform like this. It gave me much more clarity on payments and some of the benefits available to employees in the U.S. It also provided a structured way to request vacation or sick days. Overall, I found the dashboard very easy to read and it clearly displayed all the necessary information.

I really like it because of the organization and transparency it provides to employees where payments, taxes, bonuses and more are clearly broken down in an easy way to understand.

Enables employees to punch in and out from their phones and whatever work station they are working on, which is a time saver. It connects seamlessly with ADP Vantage and that greatly simplifies payroll.

Personally I like how we can edit / change the layout of ADP such as how we can have the clock in page right there as soon as you login. Also it shows the balances of Sick time, PTO and Float time. Also it shows my benefits and makes sure its easy to look at them and make sure that all my benefits are still active and ADP shows how much the benefits come out of my paycheck.

From what my teammates told me the implementation took longer than planned to set up all the timelines. From my own experience, I also feel that the reporting section is a bit limited when it comes to customization.

Can lag and often times there is a long turn around time if you need help from customer service/tech support. Definitely one of the more expensive timekeeping systems.

I can honestly say that I haven't ever had a problem with ADP in finding anything they make it very easy to use and to find anything.

ADP Time & Attendance is a very useful tool to keep track of my attendance for my payroll, lunches, and my PTO hours. It works great for both timekeeping and scheduling for future events. It helps me automate my timekeeping as opposed to having to enter it manually.
