I appreciate the web layout on both desktop and mobile, making it easier for me to view my work hours and pay compensation. It's easy to view all my time entries to make sure I have been properly credited for all of my clock/out and meal time periods. The website also makes it easy to view future Holidays for current and past years.
Ease of use, time and attendance is very comprehensive and gives a lot of flexibility to the employees. Connects to the mobile app and has many options.
Best thing about ADP Time & Attendance is that I can use its mobile app which allows me to check in and out through mobile so it makes it easy for remote work. Also, the system is clearly connected with the payroll system so the paycheck should be accurate.
It can be a bit of a hassle to schedule your PTO hours when you first use it. The mobile app interface does not always provide an intuitive experience in comparison to the desktop layout. It would greatly benefit to allow customization for bookmarking certain links to your personal needs.
Cost can get pricey. Customer service is hit or miss, some are very knowledgeable but sometimes have no idea what you need.
I wish the report could be more detailed and provide deep insights. Also, the support is not so quick and takes time to respond.
