Trintech system is well structured, stable and reliable tool. The relationship with the vendor is very smooth and we meet on a regular basis even if it is only to check if everything is OK. Trintech is proactively proposing the updrage to the new version and is very adaptable to customer needs.

Excellent customer service, very responsive, quality product

The product works well as long as the incoming data is airtight. If you have missing transactions from your source systems, it can be quite a bit work to clear manually.

The Solvexia product is very helpful with matching transactions between multiple large quantities of data. It has helped automate tedious, repetitive and very manual tasks of the accounting team. The team at Solvexia is very responsive in regard to our questions and any issues that may arise with the software. It is a user friendly tool and provides quality reports in excel. I look forward to future improvements to the product that will allow for comments on valid discrepancies to be maintained with each re-run of a particular reconciliation.

Documentation is not the best, it's hard to get valuable information to learn the tool

For clearing the dues from the finance side of business, this is overall a very good platform. While performing the Full and Final Settlement of any associate, we use this tool to settle any outstanding payment or bonuses etc.
