Nearly no downtimes of the product and a perfect upgrade schedule.

Loved the centralized dashboard that provides real-time visibility into job statuses, dependencies and performance metrics. The robust scheduling engine supports parallel job execution and SLA monitoring which enhances operational efficiency.

logs have minimal information

The AI capabilities could improve. The performance of the user interface bad when displaying big job chains. Using REL-expressions in customized reports is complex.

Advanced features such as partitioning and certain scripting languages are difficult to understand. Lack of native analytics and reporting tools which limits the ability to perform in-depth analysis within the platform.

Redwood has demonstrated to be an effective and agile vendor in the workflow automation space with RunMyJobs - solid support for many well known and emerging platforms with very little in the way of limitations within the product. There could be greater depth and insight into best practices or common information about factors that can lead to poor outcomes, but this does not tend to weigh heavily on the overall experience.
