I have been using this product since it was CPS by redwood. It has evolved and improved a lot i would say .One of the best tools to manage business process automation and streamlining your jobs .

Continuous improvement and enhancement in the features. The addition of so many connectors so that we can connect with other services and expand our user experience

Integration with native SAP is a key and the ability to do managed FTP is also a key feature.

I like that it is purely cloud-based. I can monitor all our automated jobs from anywhere without needing to install heavy softwares.

Feedback, whatever I have given on the product has not been much worked upon. The dashboard feature was enhanced but still it doesn't cater to our business needs like we want the runtime analysis of a particular job for the last 15 days, stepwise which job took longer, how is the performance going? Still, not being able to do that and also getting a license to create or modify dashboards involves cost. Regular feedback should be taken from customers to get scope of improvement which is usable by business.

I don't like the way the product charges for chains of jobs. Some jobs/automations may require 5 steps and some require 10 steps, but I only care if the overall job fails, not the individual steps. CHarge MORE per job but only charge for the highest level of the job chain

The user interface has a bit of a learning curve at first. It takes some time to get used to where all the advanced settings are located.

Redwood RMJ is an excellent product with many customisation options and offers resilience and robust configuration management. It's not 5 stars because I think they need to improve the AI capabilities.
