The ease of building and scaling automations across different business units. We were able to go from a few initial bots to nearly 50 without major architectural changes. The platform's ability to integrate with legacy systems was critical for us. Licensing costs can be a challenge for organizations in Latin America, especially when you need to justify ROI at the individual bot level for executing governance. Additionally, some of the earlier versions required more hands-on maintenance than expected and upgrades between major releases demanded careful regression testing across our bot portfolio.
The set up is a bit longer than expected. need to improve integration.
License costs are quite high, so I can imagine that it is interesting mostly for larger enterprises such as the one we were assessing. The business case was still positive, however. I have also heard that Automation Anywhere could get buggy in complex workflows with multiple automations. We haven't had the opportunity to experience this however yet so far.
