Blue Prism provides good training which makes the product easy to use. Broad scope of business processes that can be automated. Interface makes automating processes easy. We use it for REST web services, and it works great. Very good security integration for bots that use highly sensitive data.

We have had some issues with the current web browser plugins. Support can be slow on non-critical issues. Scheduling for automations could be better.
