It is incredible flexible to our needs It is reliable It integrates well with our core systems

Governance and security is robust - all the business processes are controlled and less prone to errors

Ease of use, product support, constant improvements to the platform to keep the product relevant and leading edge

It does take us significant effort to get new features that require us to upgrade versions, but SS&C is working on that with their nextgen features. There are some legacy parts of the platform that are frustrating, particularly the inability to rename processes or objects simply..

1) It's very hard to scale among citizen developers as it requires some understanding of programming logic 2.limited AI capabilities compared to its peers 3.Complex licensing structure

Licencing costs can be on the expensive side. There are cheaper automation platform alternatives in the marketplace, however the functionality you get with the cheaper platforms is currently not as extensive.
