Does what it supposed to do well, almost anything related to it are available
The ease of setup and deployment of the product.
Detection has been good and provides adequate details for the triggering event. Required little intervention from me once it was in place and configured. The service and staff at Alert Logic were always helpful and responsive, as though they were part of our team.
Need some improvement on the UI, having a bulk certificate update function would be great, right not it is just too many clicks around to update multiple sites.
The support. They weren't very responsive when we had problems and even when we did we had to escalate multiple times to get us to someone who knew what they were talking about.
The interface is a little lacking from a search perspective. The price was a bit high for a product that lacks the capacity to prevent events. Uninstalling is a ordeal even from an admin's perspective.
