The peace of mind it provides. We have a 24/7/365 monitoring and response, as the MDR Team is authorized not only to inform but also to act if required. This couldn't be done internally with reasonable resources. Also, the professional feedback and recommendations on detections in our environment gives us the opportunity to eliminate some vulnerabilities or poor configurations that are overlooked and could lead to exploitation.
When something happens, I just get an email or call as an alert and usually some suggestions on how to proceed.
The ability to speak directly with the MDR team when we spot something unusual is invaluable. Their integration capabilities, proactive monitoring and rapid response capabilities provide a strong layer of protection that has transformed our security posture.
Not much, but something that could be improved is simplifying the activity and threat hunting reports.
If Sophos fails to see it, I would not be aware of something.
Nothing notable, the rollout was straightforward, and the platform generates very few false positives compared to other tools we've used.
