The level of depth the CST team has been going into with our account reviews has been impressive and extremely helpful. They help us with our overall coverage score, different areas we can improve on, and are willing to do deep dives on topics that we think we want to strengthen within our security posture. The SOC has been very good to deal with as well and it seems like there is a strong emphasis on having a deep talent pool no matter who you talk to in the SOC when you have alerts come up. I also appreciate that their security is built on a defense-in-depth approach, with sensors, scanners, the endpoint agent, and different tools that feed into their overall telemetry so we have a full visibility into our environment.
-Dashboard platform transition: The move to the new dashboard currently misses some functions and can feel like a temporary downgrade. - Feature parity in the new Dashboard: Some workflows are not yet as smooth as before and occasionally need support to cover gaps - Self service limitations in the new ui: The most important adjustments are possible, but some deeper customizations still requires going through support (which is responsive, but adds a step)
1. Still not quite there with the remediation side of things. We receive alerts, but not necessarily a clear path to resolution. 2. Some alerts are just a regurgitation of Microsoft alerts which means duplicates. Not confident enough to suppress Microsoft alerts. 3. Missing integrations with key products like CyberArk. 4. This is not an extension of our security team as was originally sold.
I don't have many dislikes about the service - I feel like sometimes we struggle to maintain time in the tools provided, but that is only because we have just two individuals in IT for an entire organization. That being said, they've always helped us to cut down on that feeling by being available to work through workflow ideas and procedures. Once you are setup, it can be overwhelming with the amount of alerts between the vulnerability scanner, sensors, etc. But we like that, because it forces us to develop and schedule to stay on top of every notification.

We use Arctic Wolf SOC for a single-site organization (~450 employees) with M365/Defender, Firewall, VPN, AD/Azure AD and some minor local systems as core telemetry sources. Our primary goal was clear: 24/7 monitoring and response support, while enabling our internal team to focus an the truly relevant work. Overall, the experience has been very positive. The pre-sales process was straightforward, honest and set realistic expectations. The onboarding/transition was professional and security-first. The Concierge team sonsistently prioritized "what needs to be done to make the environment safer" over contract wording or pre-sales promises, wich built a lot of trust. Value started immediately after implementation - triage quality reduced noise significantly compared to what we handled internally before, and suspicious/likely true-positive events were handled in a structured and supportive way. Communication and availability are strong. Escalations are clear and the team is easy to reach when it matters. Regular sessions with the Concierge team cover reviews, roadmap topics and improvement opportunities, so it feels like an ongoing partnership rather than a pure ticket-based service. The main area for improvement is the ongoing transition to the new dashboard platform. As with many major platform migrations, some capabilities feel temporarily reduced compared to the previous experience. That said, the development pace is good and missing functionality is being addressed progressively. Responsive Team Provides Deep Account Insights and Comprehensive Security Coverage
I had another MDR vendor that I was moving away from. From the beginning, Arctic Wolf from the account rep and sales engineer conversations listened to what we liked and what we didn't from the original rep, and how it compared to the arctic wolf experience & deployment. They took all my calls, answered all my emails and questions, and made me feel at ease by switching. They also helped me prepare the pitch to upper management around why we needed to switch. Overall, from the beginning I've had a very strong experience and I am very glad to have made the switch. Strong Security Platform with Excellent Concierge Support
Our onboarding experience with Arctic Wolf was very smooth and pleasant. The onboarding teaam guided us trough the process in a clear and structured way, and all tasks were well definded. The documentation provided was excellent and covered every step in detail. After onboarding, the handover to the Concierge team went seamlessly. Since then, they have been taking outstanding care of us. The monthly meetings provide real added value: within the security journey, our security posture is reviewed with a focus on specific topics, followed by concrete and actionable recommendations. Whenever tickets are created, they always include all necessary information and clear guidance on next steps. If additional support is required, help is provided promptly through the ticket system. Overall, we are more than satisfied with both the product and the service provided by Arctic Wolf.
