The MDR solution is incredibly easy to configure and deploy, possibly helped in part due to us being previous customers using endpoint protection. The solution is easy to manage and provides live information of what is happening within our environment. It's also easy to spot problems and helps us to continuously develop and improve our security configurations. The solution has alerted us to strange activities on the network, with some false positives and some genuine threats that we wouldn't have found so easily without this product.

We went with this mainly because we didn't have the bandwidth to run a full SOC internally,and it honestly made things a lot easier for our team.The onboarding was smoother than i expected,and we were able to start seeing useful alerts pretty quickly. What i liked is the way their SOC team actually investigates alerts instead of just forwarding them.In a couple of cases,they gave clear explanations of what happened and what needed to be done,which saved us time going back and forth internally. Not everything is perfect though.Sometimes the response takes a bit longer than expected,and a few recommendations felt a bit generic.We had to follow up once or twice to get clearer answers. Overall,it's been relaiable and reduced a lot of noice for us,which was the main goal anyway.

I have been through many security companies in my career. None compare to SentinelOne. They don't just get you setup and leave you hanging. There is continuous communication at least quarterly.

R7's unlimited ingest is outstanding. Their CSM is useful and wants to learn our environment to where they feel like an extension of our team. Unlimited IR gives us peace of mind and assists even where not deployed or directly supported.

The deployment was easy, but the support I received wasn't as good as I thought it would be. They also just throw a lot of information at you without real guidance as to how to handle the data.

We have been able to sleep easy with Expel keeping watch on our systems. The ability to quickly jump to action if something anomolous is brought to light has been incredibly helpful!

Overall, our experience with Red Canary has been very positive, they are a great provider of managed security services. Their teams have been very knowledgeable with the products and security monitoring, execution and response overall.

The support team at Bitdefender has been very helpful in transitioning over, and with all our questions or needs whenever needed. Outstanding work and the tool works just as expected.
