1) Ease of use in an urgent or emergency situation. Clean user interface. 2) Exceptional customer service. 3) Enhances our ability to provide streamlined duty of care and employees ability to drive their own experience on the platform.
The ease of use and customization are fabulous. In addition, the ability to either use the desktop version or app is of tremendous help.
I have no dislikes of the product
1) Threat Intelligence-notifications and situational reports-could be more timely, relevant, more frequent and better organized. All the notifications could all be as good as the weather reporting. 2) The Travel Risk Management end user/traveler experience could be improved, streamlined and more relevant to the traveler. AlertMedia is working on both of these and is making significant strides.
