Overall my experience over the past years of using the Alertus Mass Notification System has been very good and it is an excellent tool that has greatly improved our emergency communication system. The app has helped us to notify us during technology alerts, earthquakes and other emergencies. One of the main advantages we have is the user-friendly interface and intuitive design of the Alertus Mass Notification System. During technology alerts such as system outages, cybersecurity incidents, or Microsoft apps issues which our many clients use for their projects, it is proven to be best to immediately notify the concerned team to immediately address the issue.. Overall it's been a great app incase of emergencies to notify everyone.

We have been using Alertus for a period of time but had to resort to another competitor in order to achieve the goals we had set to ourselves. The services capabilities were not adequate and the product seemed not mature enough.
