InformaCast offers multiple ways to receive notifications, such as calls, texts, emails, push notifications, IP phone calls, etc. It's response time for sending out notifications is swift, and easy to understand. The configuration of notifications is easy to set up and provides the best value for what it does.
The many various ways to get notifications, for example voice call, text, windows alerts and IOS alerts.
Implementation with multiple vendors and different types of hardware and software. Easy user management from the administration side. Easy to use from the end user standpoint.
Not much to dislike about the service. The setup process is typically cumbersome. Mobile apps sometimes crash, and any issues that are encountered are hard to find. Otherwise, the actual service is reliable and effective.
The set up can be very daunting and seem quite complicated.
The design of the navigation panel might be confusing.
