the program is very easy to use. We have worked with them to create a tutorial for all persons who might need to send messages as well as those who need to monitor it.
Choosing some options deletes subscriptions - this is being addressed Inability to choose everyone except in certain notifications Some auto features make other areas change without us noticing until we recognize an absence of notifications
1) Threat Intelligence-notifications and situational reports-could be more timely, relevant, more frequent and better organized. All the notifications could all be as good as the weather reporting. 2) The Travel Risk Management end user/traveler experience could be improved, streamlined and more relevant to the traveler. AlertMedia is working on both of these and is making significant strides.
the only thing has been the feed of the data but that is on the IT side. Once we have the data in the system it works great.
