Alida has got marvelous audience management. Within a very short time we established studies working communities with a targeted demography and we both communicated easily. My sample could be further segmented focusing on the exact user groups that I desired to get the feedback from. It was this that significantly shortened the fieldwork process and thereby allowed me to get a better and more extensive dataset.
Alida realized that its audience community was small, and the targeting preferences were limited.
