Alida has got marvelous audience management. Within a very short time we established studies working communities with a targeted demography and we both communicated easily. My sample could be further segmented focusing on the exact user groups that I desired to get the feedback from. It was this that significantly shortened the fieldwork process and thereby allowed me to get a better and more extensive dataset.
Alida realized that its audience community was small, and the targeting preferences were limited. Although I was able to segment groups with very specific distinctions, I didn't have permission to carry out tasks as specific as for each individual. This implied that some respondents were asked the wrong questions, might this lead to aggravation or unperceived data.

Alida takes the research process to the next level, particularly during the creation of research crowds where you can get the desired results. But such extra tools are required because of the absence of fine-tuning within the community where granular control is not available. It certainly did help, but, in a very short time, my prototype needed a more advanced tool for detailed user testing.
