Amzon Ads i its ability to reach customers whi are akready ub a buying mindset. The targeting options and keywords perfom best. I also appreciate the flexibility to adjust bids and budgets at anytime.
Amazon Ads has massive reach and purchase intent. It also provides high quality data that spans across the entire marketing funnel. It is a way to drive direct sales and calculate ROI on Ad spend effectively. Also loved the retargeting capabilities. It is easy to learn and is scalable.
1 - The cost is usually high due to high competition 2- The reporting granularity is quite low so it may lead to wasted spend and hinders deep analysis 3 - Bidding constraints like dayparting and specific device type are not available which prevents us from maximising ad exposure during peak conversion hours
I dislike most about Amazon ads is the high competition that often leads to expensive clicks and reduced profit margins It can also be challenging to understand why certain campaigns perform better that other due to limited transparency in the algorithm.
I feel that if support was quicker, it would make for a greater experience. It can also be competitive. Since Amazon owns the customer data, it is challenging to know the customer data set at a granular level, like emails etc.
