1. It was very quick to setup. 2. it was easy to navigate between configured applications. 3. it was innovative in a sense where we could use multiple image builders to make certain apps deployed to only certain users.

The flexibility in Licensing to match application patterns
it was sometimes difficult to certain legacy application's configured. it also was not easy to get Group Policy and naming conventions of the names of the specific machines from image builder templates configured properly. not supported with most Pre-2016 OS images that are out of support but may still be needed for legacy reasons.

Dang near perfect.
very good product, only reason not 5 stars is it would be good to speed up the shut down, start fleet and starting the image builder with updating the agent. the agent update + power on image builder takes 30 min. - RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATEGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source

Desktop Apps on the Web made easy
The setup process can be a little protractive. The application delivers what it promises and it accelerates your time to market, especially for desktop apps. The cost per user can add up, and it would be beneficial if there were more options to offset the computational cost. I would recommend it for anyone trying to make legacy systems rapidly available on the web.
