For us the stand-out feature was their delta lake sharing capability, this meant we were able to get the whole thing up and running (or at least an MVP of it) incredibly fast, days, not months. It also reduces our risk and increases our commercial value by not exporting all our data to a third party where it sits in a black box. While Amperity may control the process, the data is still ours. Additionally, the service was great, the team were friendly and helpful taking on a number of tasks during our RFP to make the preparation and presentation easier for us.
Seamless integration with Salesforce marketing cloud. Campaigns pushed in less than a minute and Data extensions are reflected in SFMC in less than 2 mins. Helps in scheduling Email campaigns seamlessly

I guess for me the post onboarding execution could be better, that's not to say they've onboarded and run, they've continued to work with us however there have been some challenges in how we're setup our side which has made it harder to deliver the business cases than anticipated, while it's very much 'us and not them' maintaining that same level of support as pre-sales would have helped. That being said, it's not something I'd have expected from competitors either.

While the platform is robust, there are a few areas that have opportunity. - Onboarding and integration with new partners (where there is no premium connector or API) is a challenge. It can often take immense internal resources, as well as quite a bit of time to attain connectivity. After that, it becomes a pretty manual way to manage the data flows. - Also, the UI and usability of the platform is definitely improving, but it still feels geared to someone with more technical skills. I love that you no longer are required to write SQL queries though!

Automated Data Updates Ease Audience Management Despite Export Delays and Interface Issues
Since implementing we have had some slight hiccups, including audiences being sent as separate into social platforms ,but our rep was able to get this resolved for us pretty quickly once flagged. Other than that, it's made implementing first-party data into our systems much easier and quicker, especially now that it can all be done automatically, with data updated daily into the same audiences that are already included in our activity.
