Like

Amperity's identity matching processes are the industry standard. Their integration of AI driven tools has made querying our data simpler AND has inadvertently provided SQL training to the team. The AmpAI feature set (when will this be an agent?!) is quickly becoming a trusted partner for our Marketing team and our SQL savvy developers in quickly exploring our customer base and developing new segments. AI-powered tools aside, the data integration and project teams are experts that provide confidence across both our technical and marketing teams.

Seamless integration with Salesforce marketing cloud. Campaigns pushed in less than a minute and Data extensions are reflected in SFMC in less than 2 mins. Helps in scheduling Email campaigns seamlessly

Like

The combination of flexibility for upstream and downstream integrations and strong structure of the core service means that we can use it for our unique business needs while not losing the value of what the service is so good at. We don't hit many blockers, but we are not so loose in the platform that it loses its polish.

Dislike

The main weakness has been the complexity of querying our combined data set. This has largely been addressed with the introduction of AmpAI and our professional services team. Pricing has also been a challenge, but recent contract negotiations and new pricing models from Amperity have helped to right-size our investment.

Integration with Social media and Offline data and Useability of these data for our regular campaigns.

Dislike

Some features sit in a gray area between what I think the service is best at and some downstream services, and it's not always clear when it is best to stay in Amperity versus take over the flow downstream. Technical documentation is strong, but wish there was more strategic documentation or guidance from them, what are other things we can learn that maybe we are not thinking of?

    How Amperity brought us from 100% to 115%

    So far, we have only been working in theory. The theory for what this platform is going to do for our business is fantastic, however, we've hit roadblocks getting to the implementation phase - some by us, and some by Amperity. The people we've worked with have been fantastic, and the consultations has positioned us well to implement the tool...now we just have to finalize and begin execution to see the impact and bump this rating from 4 to 5 stars.
