What I like most about Appcues is how easy it is to design and launch personalized user flows without needing engineering support
cost was within budget, helped in improved learning for employees, and attractive interface
The intuitive interface makes creating new guides quick and the powerful targeting tools allow us to accurately target the users with effective guidance and instructions that assist them in grasping the significance of new features of our products.
What I dislike most is that complex targeting or segmentation can sometimes feel limited without deeper integrations or custom events.
Deployment was little slow, the whole integration happened slowly and a time consuming process
Provide some more specific recommendations on formatting of pop ups and it would be great if it allowed for more customization on the analytics.
