Overall, my experience with Appian has been positive. It is reliable, easy to use, and consistently delivers new features. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. They are working very hard on AI and automation. While there are a few areas that could be improved, they have not significantly impacted my day-to-day operations.
