-Intuitive User Interface: Incredibly user-friendly, navigating through process maps and discovered logs was a breeze, and made complex data sets easy to interpret -Powerful Analytics capabilities: Provides deep meaningful insights into our processes, allows us to identify bottlenecks -Seamless Integration: Ability to absorb our data through data pipelines and supporting various file formats, and using built in ETL tool to handle complex data structures -Their new feature of Compliance Centre is the only capability in the market as far as we know that is able to automate the testing of Controls and provide continuous monitoring for breaches by seamless integrating with the discovered processes or digital twins
The representation of the processes analyzed is quick to produce. Once the data is in Apromore, the tools available to me to 'dig in' to the data are intuitive - Dashboards (10.5 release is Great), process flow, filtering of the process flows.
Apromore's overall approach, and it' s strong committment to client needs. Regarding the product we've been stunned by process simulation and the user experience, that is very intuitive and simple. Moreover, the simplicity to create dashboards is very effective
-Error handling capability has been improved over the past year but there's still more room for enhancement
Importing complex data is challenging - not because of Apromore but because the data needs to be analyzed off of multiple case ideas. I'd like to have it easier to get clear (not fuzzy) screen prints of the flows, dashboards from Apromore that I can include in my client facing presentations. I would have commented that the Dashboard creation needs more capabilities to customize the look and feel of the dashborads but the recent 10.5 release has brought great improvements. Timestamps of the data - we'd like to be able to ingest data in UTC and then easily present a specific client's data in their time zone. We'll be logging an enhancement request for this capability.
The creation of pipelines is a technical tasks that can/should be simpified and oriented to meet a democratization approach.
