Technical support is always available, even after hours. The ease of creating and running the collections. The search within a search option makes running complex search requests easier. The Administrator Module is extremely useful when trying to identify legacy individuals.

responsiveness is quick
The inability of the product to separate/match the search results when multiple custodians are run in the same search. (This enhancement is coming, but not available for at least another 4 months). When rearranging columns when exporting to better meet needs, if you leave the screen the columns default back to original settings. The limitation of the number of export that can run at a time (4 saved searches, 10 temporary searches). Not having the ability use Search Monitor, to see how many exports are running at a time which would help us better schedule our exports.
Need better documentation to allow more informed design decisions to be made
more customization would make the solution more relevant to large law firms.
