The security awareness is short, to the point, yet effective. The trainings have led to discussions about the content and the relevancy to our organization, as well as some of the more amusing parts. Any trainings with the rep, and the training on MFA fatigue have been fan favorites. From an admin standpoint, the trainings are easy to manage. I can choose to make changes to the schedule and / or content, or I can leave it as is and let Arctic Wolf's scheduled content be sent out. Short quizzes and phishing tests are also part of the awareness training, and the phishing test in particular have been well done and leads end users to question emails as well as improving their recognition of phishing emails. Documentation from Arctic Wolf for deploying in our Azure environment was well done, and our team was ready to assist us with any help needed along the way when we were ready to deploy.
The videos are short, entertaining, informative, and engaging.
It gives us insight into security and any potential risk that we wouldn't otherwise have. Service is always available and very helpful. I wish we had service like this with all of our vendors. It's also helpful to receive the weekly reports. It can be difficult for our users to understand the number of bad actors around the world trying to get into our system, but the reports show just how many and the countries from which they are trying.
Managers ask me for access to the security awareness portal to review the security awareness training completion. At this time, I can only download a report and send it out to the managers. It would be great if I could provide them access to view their departments / teams to check on this themselves.
As a canned service, it's great. I had to use another service to distribute site-specific training, though.
I truly can't think of anything I don't like about it.
