iSpring Suite and the entire package of iSpring products has enabled our organization to provide higher quality, asynchronous education to our team that works 24-7-365. Utilizing our iSpring Suite, we have been able to customize interactive education for our growing team. While there was some frustration in completing the integration with Google Workspace, iSpring Tech Support was there to help and didn't quit until the project was complete. iSpring Tech Support, your account manager, and their development team are there to listen and implement suggestions. It is obvious that they care about their products and their customers.

Overall, my experience with the CogniSpark eLearning authoring tool has been positive. The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and helps create interactive, engaging, and well structured eLearning courses efficiently.

I have created a learning video through this platform and it went on smoothly. As someone who is not really tech savvy and working as HR for a more than 8 years now, this really helps a lot in creating training and references for our employees.

Out of all the eLearning authoring tools that I've tried, I would say that Lectora is the most beginner friendly of them all and it makes my job as a content and training creator much simpler. I believe that Lectora is much more suited to organizations who produce content regularly or daily rather than the occasional course creator because of its learning curve. But once you master it, there's really no more walls or hindrance that can get in your way.
