My favorite feature of Articulate is the Rise application. It is a mobile-friendly, quick eLearning content creation tool. Its recent upgrade with AI makes it one of the most powerful and easy to use content creation tools I have ever used. For example, I uploaded one of our policies and the AI created an engaging and interactive course about it.
I love its versatility, the storyline 360 is amazing when we want to build complex interactive courses and Rise 460 is great when I want to create responsive courses quickly. The content library 360 is an awesome addition. It allows us to have templates, photos, and other resources that help us save time while creating content. Last but not least, the review 360 has streamlined our feedback process. It's such a great tool for managers.
Having a team of other trainers, allows for us all to work together and share. I also like the new AI features.
Articulate Storyline provides a lot of great interactive tools, but the user interface can be intimidating and difficult to use. The learning curve for Storyline is exponentially higher than Rise. But if you can get over the learning curve hurdle, the sky is the limit on what you can do with it.
I can't use Storyline 350 on my Mac, and it's a little pricey.
There are occasional snags with the SCORM files caused in our LMS, with not talking back appropriately. I hope this is something they continue to solve for, especially with the microlearning templates, as those seem to cause the majority of the issues I experience.
