It's a one-stop-shop that fits nicely with our existing technology stack. We haven't had to do anything unusual to integrate it.

I would like to be able to have more granular permissions on mailboxes and calendars, so that for example we can sync a particular mailbox and know that other employee mailboxes won't be accessible.
While Ashby met my expectations and I successfully used it to interview candidates, in this day and age it could have better AI capabilities, such as summarizing candidate skills, detecting AI-slop in resumes, and maybe even preparing a set of questions tailored for the specific candidate, based on their resume/experience. To be clear, Ashby does have an AI assistant, it's just not as well integrated as it could be.
