The user interface is easy to use for someone who is just learning, the team is extremely attentive, and we are able to plan ahead for sms messages or make last minute changes easily. They have also created new programs with AI.
It helps us drive sales, send promotions and helps us with customer service. Its very flexible.
I like the constant service we get from our CSM and other support staff. The product's intuitive set up also makes it easy to train new users on it. Lastly, attentive is always trying to create new offerings that set them apart from other providers. They consistently and regularly update us with the latest technology they are working on and how it will affect our account.
The revenue shown in the platform is inflated, we aren't easily able to customize reports, and its difficult to have automated reports with necessary information sent to us.
There are some data sync issues we ran into with our email marketing platform. But we were able to work around it.
I dislike the lack of customization with the landing pages and sign up units.
