We like the self-service MyHub portal for our end users and the insight into our environment that we were missing or was buried too deep in Microsoft's platform to find. Having control of who can create resources and what data we collect at the time of the request has been great!
We like the self-service MyHub portal for our end users and the insight into our environment that we were missing or was buried too deep in Microsoft's platform to find. Having control of who can create resources and what data we collect at the time of the request has been great!
We like the self-service MyHub portal for our end users and the insight into our environment that we were missing or was buried too deep in Microsoft's platform to find. Having control of who can create resources and what data we collect at the time of the request has been great!
We had some issues with the AvePoint user licensing model which was not similar to other companies' user licenses assignment and so we had to change over to their object model licensing. Also, getting an engineer to assist us as part of our Essential package took 2 weeks which is too long considering our tight project timeline. The AvePoint Fly tool works great once you configure all the policies and settings correctly, but there are so many settings that it can get complicated. AvePoint Support can lack knowledge and hands on help from their call support will just provide you with the same User Guide information which doesn't help you resolve your migration errors and problems. The Fly tool is also slow at certain times opening the GUI screen interface and can get frustrating.
