The main reason behind my rating is that this platform is a reliable tool which enhances workflows and team collaboration. The predictive analysis is very accurate and helped in making decisions. The integration capabilities with other tools are seamless. The platform is easy to understand and has an intuitive interface which reduces the learning curve and saves lots of time and resources. Although everything is great about it, it lacks customization options which will make this platform more extensive.

The three standout features according to me are given below. i). It offers great integration capabilities with existing tools like CRM systems and project management systems. ii). It provides really accurate and reliable predictive analysis which supports better forecasting and helps the team in making decisions. iii). It also has collaboration capabilities which help in achieving business goals efficiently.

Access to data and the ability to analyze previous sales trends.

Dislike

The three main weaknesses according to me are given below. i). It lacks customization options like customizing dashboards, workflows or reports. ii). The initial setup is quite complex, it should provide some setup guide or additional help for the same. iii). Although it offers easy to use features, but its advanced features are quite complex to understand and require detailed guidance.

Dislike

Usability is a little clunky. Free text entry fields often don't save or break. Requires most of these updates to be handled in SFDC or another system.
