User Friendfly interface, Flexible rewards options
Employees are able to use the points to purchase things they want and it's not a gift card that they get from their manager that the manager picked out. It makes rewards very easy from an administration standpoint.
I like that users can get rewards from different programs and use them to redeem items within Awardco. I like that users can recognize other coworkers for their efforts. I like that the platform shows users milestones, such as birthdays or anniversaries, from throughout the company. I like that redeeming items is an easy and quick process with many selections.
Reporting limitations - Some reporting views are not as flexible as desired and exporting or customizing reports can be time consuming
The support has not been a good experience with Awardco. We have had multiple issues that needed to be handled with Awardco and each time we've contacted them we've been passed around from person to person without the issue being fixed.
I dislike that I don't have points to give to others (I'm assuming only managers have this feature available). I dislike that the recognition feed cannot be filtered by date range. I dislike that the Awardco knowledge base is very short.
