Overall, our experience with Awardco has been positive. The platform is intuitive and easy for employees to use, which has helped drive strong engagement with recognition programs. Implementation and ongoing support have been response and helpful. While there are some areas where reporting and customization could be enhanced, the solution has delivered solid value and met our core recognition needs effectively.

User Friendfly interface, Flexible rewards options

Employees are able to use the points to purchase things they want and it's not a gift card that they get from their manager that the manager picked out. It makes rewards very easy from an administration standpoint.

The very large choice of products.

Reporting limitations - Some reporting views are not as flexible as desired and exporting or customizing reports can be time consuming

The support has not been a good experience with Awardco. We have had multiple issues that needed to be handled with Awardco and each time we've contacted them we've been passed around from person to person without the issue being fixed.

I am not thrilled about the multi-step process to get the gift card numbers to use at checkout. However, I have a feeling this has more to do with protection than anything else and would keep those extra steps in to ensure that protection.

I use Awardco often through my company incentive program. They have an insanely wide choice of options to choose from. There is something for everyone and their taste. It is an extremely easy process to get and use your awards. I tend to use the Amazon gift card option often and it is seamless and has never caused any difficulty with checkout. It is a great incentive to work harder and shows employees great appreciation. Especially working with a company that treats us as their own when "cashing in" our awards.
