I like the ease of use to deploy.

It is really easy to use, and downloading a folder or file once you mount the applicable backup drive is quite straightforward.

1.Recovery downtime- Certain restore operations require systems to be taken offline, which can disrupt workflows. 2.Troubleshooting complexities - Errors like VSS issues or agent registration failure can be tricky to resolve without deeper technical knowledge. 3.Performance overhead - On older hardware, backup jobs may consume noticible resources.

The syncing of files can be spotty.

Sometimes the folders are slow to load, occasionally the download will error out, the price per month is a little higher than some competition. Other than that, it really is a great backup tool.

Axcient backup systems are pretty easy to use. The web portal is easy to navigate and there are plenty of articles to help troubleshoot any issues. Support has been pretty good too.

It is reliable with good features and has well implemented data migration options to transfer data and schedule backup, and it has good versioning integration which allows seamless data recovery. The support team has been incredible and the documentation provided is easy to follow and understand.
