Our technology stack is Microsoft, so this product fits well and is easy to deploy with our Infrastructure as Code pipelines. Unfortunately, it's no longer the recommended product to use for our Sitecore implementation, so we'll be looking to move to a different solution (but only for this reason).

It can easily extract data and text from catalogs and documents. It is very useful for exploring large datasets. Required information can be retrieved within seconds and it is almost what I am looking for in all scenarios.

Overall, there are no major drawbacks but sometimes the complexity of custom skills can involve steeper learning curve, especially when dealing with complex scenarios. The cost of larger scale implementation is very high and can be expensive. Alerts and resource health checks are sometimes unclear and not always accurate.
