Azure Files Alternatives

I have used Nasuni for a couple of years and have found it to be a good platform for collaborating on files within a design agency globally. It is very intuitive and allows you to have a lot of control of your instance, letting you customize to your needs. I have utilised Nasuni Access Anywhere which integrates very well with Nasuni, allowing you to access your files as if it were an external drive or a mounted network folder. That being said, I would say compared to the the competition, Nasuni can be overkill in many cases and the option for a cloud only solution could work better depending on your requirements, eliminating the need for Nasuni Edge Applicances in office/s. I have found Nasuni's in-house support to be a first-class experience, always showing a strong will to help and was very pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Technically solid experience, but also a surprisingly emotional one. Seeing mission-critical VMs migrate with HCX without breaking anything felt like a small miracle after weeks of stress and planning.

We are using Storage Gateway in our organization for file-sharing purposes. Through this, any changes made by one user are visible to other users, and multiple users are able to connect to and use the same file simultaneously.

All the experiences I've had with the Ctera team have been positive. They have knowledgeable support staff who spend as much time as is needed to support their products and I never feel rushed when working with their team. They have also been available to hop on calls and schedule them at late hours to work around our strict change mangement rules.

Overall, my experience with PeerSync has been very solid. The tool proved reliable and predictable during migrations, with minimal disruption and good visibility throughout the process. Setup and day-to-day management was straightforward, and it handled permissions and complex data structures consistently well.

My overall experience with Azure has been almost completely positive. Its easy to use and there is an abundance of information on the web whenever guidance is needed.
