Easy to use, little to no training required to use.
The seamless integration with our existing cloud systems and automated backup schedules stand out. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our data is consitently backed up without impacting day to day operations
Version tracking, document approval through chain of developers (from senior to junior) and keeping everything tracked also it helps strreamline collaboration across teams.
It is a highly specific solution that is not easily scalable to other apps/products outside of the Salesforce ecosystem and therefore becomes just another product to manage. Expensive in respect to how much value it offers on an ongoing basis, though it's worth the ease of mind. UI can also be a bit tricky, but once you get it it's not too bad. I believe there are also some limitations around backing up managed packages, but we did not particularly run into issues there in our latest Disaster Recovery test.
The initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for teams with limited backup and security expertise. Some part of the UI could be more intuitive
Its learning curve for new developers, the approach of a metadata-based file system is difficult to get hang of for a first-time user. Occasional slowdowns with large files, Customization and configuration requires it support, so have to allot support to client as well.
