Our overall experience with Base has been extremely positive. The system has transformed the way we manage our e-commerce operations by automating key processes that previously required a lot of manual work. Thanks to Base, we've significantly accelerated order processing and almost completely eliminated human error. This has improved both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to fully automate repetitive tasks, which has allowed our team to focus on business development. The platform itself is intuitive, stable and highly adaptable to our needs. In the 3 years, we've been using Base, we haven't encountered any major issues, and whenever smaller challenges arise, the Base support team responds quickly and effectively. Their assistance has been a major factor in helping us fully utilize the system and continue scaling our business.

This saves tremendous amount of time and reduces errors. Automated customer communication - customers receive real-time updates about the status of their orders, which greatly improves the post-purchase experience and reduces the number of incoming inquiries. Multi-marketplace integration - Base makes it easy to manage product listings across multiple sales channels from one place, helping us maintain consistency, reduce manual work, and expand our reach. Reliable technical support and frequent updates - Base's team is quick and efficient in solving issues and clearing up any doubts. Frequent updates and new features proved to be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and adapting to our evolving business needs.

Dislike

May be too complex for first-time users - the platform offers a very wide range of features, which can be overwhelming for first-time users. Setting up the system and configuring automations requires time and a good understanding of how different modules interact. Limited additional fields - The number of fields that can be defined by the user is quite limited. In some areas we would benefit from more flexibility in adjusting the interface to better fit our internal processes. Data and file import - there is currently no option to manually upload order data from an Excel file. Also, the inability to attach PDF files directly to orders (without using the API) is limiting, especially for workflows that rely on documentation like invoices or packing slips. Amazon integration - while Amazon integration is functional, we would appreciate more options and flexibility in managing product listings directly from Base.
