It's a very good platform with clear visibility and especially to automate user lifecycle management. But personally I feel there are certain integration limitations.

We use Bettercloud (formerly G2) in both IT and Procurement. We have found a lot of success in finding out about SaaS that is being used by various departments. The Okta and Netsuite integration give us a lot more visibility in one place than we had prior. It helps us understand our landscape going into negotiations or to see if we are trending to be over utilized.
