For us, the tool is a good way to document our processes. It's good that we have one interface that is easy to handle and simple to understand. The problem at the moment is that some features don't work as we expect them to. e.g. the "insights" (doesn't show the connections) feature or the "catalog" which double saves sometimes the same term. Furthermore, for many things, like an internal control system, we need to buy add-ons, which are rather expensive. Therefore, I'd give the tool an average score.

The BIC Platform is a good tool in the BPM environment; its functions and navigation are user-oriented. The combination of graphical process documentation and verbal documents is well-implemented. However, there is room for improvement in support. As a company that uses the tool extensively, we would also like to see more integration in the further development of its functions. Additional potential for expansion lies in linking the various modules of the BIC Platform.
