BIC offers a unique platform that enables industries accross all sectors to apply a state of the art Business Process Management. Especially in the Finance Industry the GRC component is a Special feature that helps to improve the internal Control System and produce a better data Quality in the end. Workflows are working well and can be customized to the Needs of the specific Company.

For us, the tool is a good way to document our processes. It's good that we have one interface that is easy to handle and simple to understand. The problem at the moment is that some features don't work as we expect them to. e.g. the "insights" (doesn't show the connections) feature or the "catalog" which double saves sometimes the same term. Furthermore, for many things, like an internal control system, we need to buy add-ons, which are rather expensive. Therefore, I'd give the tool an average score.
