I love our BillingPlatform and would recommend it to others. It does seem to have some bugs and there are some words misspelled in some places but overall, it gets the job done beautifully.

I like the many different types of reports that can be pulled from it.

Good customer support, UI design is easily understandable and wide range of usability

It integrates well with our in-house CRM tool and provides reports for the consumption of different departments.

I think when we were configuring it to work for what we need it for, we couldve done things a little differently but overall, the one thing that i've found to be a nuisance is the way the site goes down like it does. But luckily, one ticket to support and they get it back up and going. Another thing that is a nuisance is the way it stops generating our invoices/statement pdfs. But again, submit a ticket to support and they will get things back up and going.

Pricing structure can be improved, complexity of functions used and ease of usage can use some improvement

Customization and user experience can be improved further.

We wanted a platform that provides us with an all-in-one billing tool that's transparent, centralized, supports inventory management, annual maintenance contracts invoicing, analytics on the conversion of quotations into real-time sales orders, parts sales, and random service support billing after onsite analysis of equipment failure & cause of downtime. Earlier, our Field Service Executives and Service Support Teams used to face a lot of friction from our customers and it was difficult for them to convince our customers about the accuracy & transparency in their consultancy after investigating the real issues with equipment. After implementing BillingPlatform, they're able to provide real-time support to our customers on their visits to their facilities which are authenticated by Team sitting in the office and connected over a cloud-based solution. This has improved customer trust in us and has built complete peace of mind on either side. We're also able to better manage our inventory and line up our logistics since the time we have started using BillingPlatform. It's well integrated with our in-house CRM and provides a database & reports to varied internal departments for facilitating their operations in a more cohesive way.
