Learning curve for advanced customisation - some features require training for full use. Complex reporting setup, building very specific reports require technical expertise. Performance with very large datasets - occasional slowdowns when processing heavy data exports.

Ejemplo: Cambio de color de objetos. Se pierde autonomía por parte del cliente y hace que los costos se eleven. Así mismo, en la más reciente actualización del contrato con el proveedor no se entregó la información oportuna del cambio de versión, lo cuál no se logró presupuestar esta actividad e implicó un ajuste presupuestal de parte nuestra. Las soluciones nativas de la herramienta son poco flexibles a las necesidades de la empresa.

After the successful import of Visio-based Business Processes, further diagram reorganization needs to be adapted by hand. 3. Hovering on icons should provide useful semantics information
