What has worked well: 1. Going above and beyond to provide services for the organization. 2. Excellent support for problems related to customizations, product issues, team needs, etc. 3. Broad spectrum of available functions within the tool inline with multiple architecture frameworks. 4. Support availability. BizzDesign made it easy to request support allowing us the opportunity to schedule support sessions within 1-3 days.

While it maps out the architecture of the company great and i like the static site it produces, my main use for it which was to do data discoverability about different company systems is still not there yet since the ER diagrams it produces are pretty difficult to look at and you can't consume this data easily as a final user.
