1. The ability within the Hopex tool to venture layer by layer into the architecture allowed us to see the impact across various resources. 2. Customization: the willingness to support architecture designs that were not customary to the standard frameworks. 3. Willingness to Help: BizzDesign staff helping to support our architectural goals.
I can see the hundreds of systems our company has and no one has the mind to tell me about them, i only came to see the true landscape due to hopex
I like the availability of automation within the platform, it has AI/ML to accelerate data collection, application installation and mapping, and the platform supports industry standards to create detailed, interactive diagrams. It also includes tools for managing risk, compliance and data lineage, and it has smart analytics - by means of 'What-If' analysis for planning and dashboarding and KPI monitoring. Extremely customizable to the user, strong support for large, complex systems.
1. Broad options within the tool made it difficult to establish a single process for architecture reviews and updates. 2) Product issues: some of the broader customizations, for other organizations and not our organization, led to some corrupted designs of the tool. 3. that is all
The UI feels stuck in the 00s, i like to see not only diagrams but consume the data it builds to be able to operate with it.
The implementation and introduction to users is quite challenging but this applies to most products in the category so no surprise
