Blackboard Classroom Alternatives

I have enjoyed using Edsby. It is really easy to organize my course materials, track student progress and keep myself organized. Since it is cloud based it keeps everything in one place for grades, assignments, and most communications.

I have had a generally positive experience with Canvas, although some support issues tend to take way too long to address. Canvas is great for course content management. It is easy to set up as a teacher and most content transfers from year to year. The discussion feature is also great for student collaboration.

Good platform, needs work on overall design. Not as easy to integrate API tools as I thought for a non-technical founder.

Short learning curve for most teachers and faculties and a lot of training material is available for them to upgrade and learn. Clear and easy to use GUI.

This is an expensive add-on to the flagship product (PowerSchool SIS) but you get what you pay for in terms of compatibility between the learning management system and the student information system.

It is a user friendly platform. It offers tools for lesson planning, assessment, and student engagement. It enhances your teaching efficiency and student learning outcomes.
