The system is generally easy to use, however sometimes it is frustrating when things are not working as they should be and you have to stop and either look for a reference guide or enter a support ticket. I often wish I could pick up the phone and speak to someone to help right away.

I am not a fan of the platform. It is clunky, unintuitive, complex, has weird limitations and bugs. "AI offering" is redundant, generating slop. Reporting was laborious and somehow inaccurate, easier for us to use the API spec documentation, which is decent, to build our own reporting applications.

I like that you can upload SCORM packages, the AI course builder, and the various customization options

Very good helpdesk with a quick response Extensive features ans possibilities Multiple organisations within one account

the support is good, but i just wish it could be instant rather than ticket driven, they respond relatively quickly but I just wish I didnt have to stop what I was doing and wait for a response, I wish that there were options to have an AI voice read the course text in the standard course builder (this is important to my organization because we have visually impaired employees)

Had migration services that where sub par in quality delivery, had to be redone several times over. Couldn't import partial completion data from previous site. Reporting capabilites. AI implementation and sales strategy. Doesn't support deep linking to course content. Can't have public previews of content.

The build in HTML editor for making content is very basic There are to many options and these are accessible in more than one way Some actions could be more easy to programm
