Implementation challenged by internal IT capabilities.
Our training during implementation was good but not ideal. Our trainer was very knowledgeable. However, she spoke with a heavy accent and spoke very fast. This sometimes made it difficult to follow. We had to concentrate intensely on understanding her words which made it difficult to really absorb what was said.
