    Positive Platform Customization Offset by Time-Consuming AI Content Corrections

    The service has worked well for the most part -- our biggest hurdles have been getting the Ask AI feature to provide consistent responses and accurate information. Having to edit the content itself at a micro level to avoid incorrect or inconsistent responses is extremely time consuming and occasionally fixing one problem creates another.

    Bloomfire, and particularly the team, has been incredibly helpful throughout every step of this process. The platform suits our needs and any features that currently aren't available are typically in the works. It's been a huge win for our Advocates. My only real issue is that there are some difficulties transferring from Google Docs, which is our company platform. Everything else we've been able to workaround, and again, team is AMAZING!

Group permissions - My company employs Bloomfire using a single knowledge base that serves our frontline staff, back-office departments, and CUSOs. All content is housed in a single source of truth, without flooding staff with content and knowledge irrelevant to them. Indexing of embedded files - Having the ability to upload entire user manuals and workbooks of the numerous programs and platforms we use, and having answers returned straight from the source has been an invaluable tool for my company. This has had a monumental impact on efficiency. Learn & Confirm - My team has long searched for a method to ensure our content updates are being read and understood, usually done through extraneous means. Having this built into the tool is one of the most exciting recent releases to Bloomfire in my opinion as a trainer and content author.

I like the platform's aesthetics, and our ability to customize them The ability for users to bookmark specific pages they'll use most often The analytics around Ask AI usage are insightful

Dislike

Giving our content structure and framework helps keep our knowledge clean and organized. The greatest feedback we've received is that the loss of a Table of Contents has hindered staff's ability to navigate the knowledge base. Having the ability the use the category structure on the user-end would be phenomenal.

We are not able to train or set guardrails for the Ask AI feature. It would be immensely helpful to have the ability to associate certain keywords with a specific, programmed response. The regular keyword search is also lackluster and provides a worse experience than the previous tool -- without the Ask AI functionality the service is ineffective.

The table function is frustrating to use/does not work well. There is no ability to resize images in the platform. There is no search ability across communities.
