I really appreciate the flexibility of the documentation system. Being able to upload PDF's, type directly into the platform, add Excel spreadsheets, incorporate Scribe, and more gives us multiple ways to manage content effectively. We're not limited to just one method, which is a big advantage. I also like the ability to favorite and follow documents - it makes it easier to keep track of important content. I really like that we can create different boards to organize content in a way that makes sense for our teams. I also appreciate the ability to view metrics, such as how often a document is viewed and how many associates are actively using the system. This is a helpful way to track engagement and ensure the doc is providing value. Additionally, giving our CSR's the option to flag documents that need updates, changes or removal is a great idea. It not only helps keep our docs current, but also empowers our associates to actively participate in the process.

One of my favorite features is the Ask AI functionality, which helps users quickly find answers to locate relative articles. It's a great addition that aligns with the growing need for AI-driven support and efficiency. Lastly, I've found the configuration to be very effective, not only in displaying uploaded assets of multiple types, but also in providing deep indexing to enhance search results and overall content discoverability.

Read Full ReviewFor the Bookmarks section, I wish there was an option to set a custom default sort order. I personally prefer viewing my bookmarks alphabetically and find myself changing it every time I access this section. It would be great to have the ability to set that as my default view.

Although we've explored potential fixes, our company's document-sharing regulations have limited our ability to fully resolve this issue. There are also issues that we have run into is difficulty managing and updating content duplicated. AI keeping up with technology and need to constantly need to improve.

It would be immensely helpful to have the ability to associate certain keywords with a specific, programmed response. The regular keyword search is also lackluster and provides a worse experience than the previous tool -- without the Ask AI functionality the service is ineffective.
